What Day is the Sabbath
What day of the week is YHWH’s Sabbath and how do we know? The Catholic Church teaches that Sunday is the “new” Sabbath, and modern Protestantism teaches it can be any day that you personally choose. In fact, some Protestant teachers have turned the word into a verb: to sabbath, meaning to take time to rest.
