
But now Christ has been raised from the dead; He became the first fruit of those having fallen asleep. For since death is through man, also through a Man is a resurrection of the dead–for as all die in Adam, so also all will be made alive in Christ, but each in his own order: Christ, the first fruit; afterward those of Christ at His coming. Then is the end–when He delivers the Kingdom of God, even the Father; when He makes to cease all rule and all authority and power–for it is right for Him to reign until He puts all the enemies under His feet; the last enemy made to cease is death.
